New Staff Orientation

Orientations for designations above Assistant Managers are done one-to-one encouraging close interactions and co-ordination with their immediate superiors. Prior to this, they are given a company orientation by the HR Manager. The succession period for managers varies from 1 month to 3 months.

For all other designations, there is a company orientation by the HR department followed by immediate on the job training and orientation by their line managers in the respective departments. There is also a group orientation every 2 months.

Training & Development Programs

Training & Development ProgramsManpower Planning & Development procedures have been established to ensure that the Company's employees not only achieve the academic & practical skills required to perform their current jobs competently, but also to train employees to cope with the technological advancements of the industry, and to develop those with potential for posts of increased responsibility.

Time to time trainings will be given, on product updates, methods of sales and marketing and for support staff, on public relations, etc. These trainings will be given at schedules that will be released every month, by the Group Facilities and Projects Department. Trainings that are going to be imparted from our principals will be given to selected employees and it is then the responsibility of that selected employee to impart the knowledge, which her or she gains, on to their colleagues.
